What's the difference between investing in TMG and a real estate investment?
Investing in The Maruca Group means putting capital behind the company itself — the platform, technology, and management business. A real estate investment means buying (or backing the purchase of) a specific luxury villa that The Maruca Group then manages end-to-end on your behalf.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
For company investment inquiries, we ask whether you're an accredited investor as part of the application — our team will confirm exactly what applies to your specific situation during the follow-up conversation.
Is there a minimum investment amount?
Minimums vary by opportunity. Tell us your target range in the application and our team will follow up with what's actually available at that level.
If I invest in a property, who manages it?
The Maruca Group handles everything — bookings, guest communication, maintenance, and marketing across 300+ platforms — the same full-service management our existing homeowner partners already get.
What markets do you operate in?
