The Coachella Estate is the perfect setting for weddings* (see below for details), family reunions, corporate retreats, yoga gatherings, film shoots, winter escapes, and other celebrations. This incredible property features more than 2 acres of lush outdoor space including a gorgeous saltwater pool with hot tub, waterfall and fire features, a very large private pond with Koi, and a huge grill with outdoor dining area including an outdoor bar. Festival goers will be happy to learn this location is only minutes from the VIP entrance of the festival grounds. The mansion itself boasts 10 bedrooms with 7 recently remodeled full bathrooms spread throughout the residence. If you are looking to host an unforgettable meal, the chef’s kitchen and dining area will surely make for a memorable party with seating for 12+ in the formal dining area. Outdoor dining tables and bar area seat 20+. Retire by the fire in the living room and watch your favorite television shows or screen a movie on the 65" SmartTV. For those looking for a little more rambunctious entertainment simply head to the air conditioned garage, as we have converted it into a spacious game room complete with pool table, ping-pong setup, and basketball game. The Coachella Estate can host large parties overnight throughout the ten bedrooms, ranging in size from master suites to bunk rooms. Sleep 10 people in the biggest upstairs bedroom with two bunk beds that have two queen beds, upper and lower, and expand with two full trundle beds. Five of the ten bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers attached including the master bath which features a private spa-tub with jets. The Coachella Estate has hosted various touring artists and celebrities who have been happy to find there are RV hookups and space for an RV or Bus of almost any size on one side of the driveway. Making this luxurious estate the perfect get-away for travelers of all kinds! For vacationers looking for the ultimate luxury package, your hosts are happy to provide full concierge service packages in addition to your reservation. The event fee is $35 per guest, in addition to the 3 night rental rate. There is a permitting fee of $550 to the City of Indio for parties of 50+ guests. We are happy to provide more information on upon request. Guests have full access to the house, and grounds. We welcome interaction with guests, but are also happy to respect your privacy. We are lucky to have an extremely private property, with no close neighbors. This property is a quick walk to the entrance to the Festivals at Empire Polo Grounds, and just down the road is the VIP entrances and Uber/VIP parking lots during Festival times. It is approx. 3 miles to downtown Indio, 5 miles to downtown La Quinta, 10 miles to famous El Paseo in Palm Desert, and 20 or so miles to Palm Springs. But with a property as amazing as this one, you may not want to leave! Weekends and Holidays booked 60+ days in advance have a 3-day minimum (or rate equivalent), unless part of that weekend is already booked by another reservation. Weekends must include Friday and Saturday night (or rate equivalent). * If you are unsure of whether your proposed stay follows these rules, please ask before using the Instant Book feature. **Ask for Festival, Holiday and Wedding rates and minimums. These are not available via the Instant Book feature. Spa heat is complimentary. Pool heat is an additional $50/day, and can be chosen for all or none of your stay (but not just certain days). Please let us know if you want the pool heated so we may turn the heater on well in advance of your arrival after receiving payment.
