    Description
    Empire Greens is a gorgeous, 4 bedroom and 5.5 bath former model home. Outdoors is walled and gated for privacy and has a private pool and custom infinity spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area and plenty of lounge chairs. Indoors has walls of glass for true indoor outdoor living, plus spacious interiors, gourmet kitchen, game room, and comfortable bedrooms. If you do decide to leave your peaceful retreat, it is the perfect headquarters to enjoy all our beautiful desert has to offer - golf, tennis, hiking, biking, casinos, shopping and dining. Outdoors the home is tastefully landscaped with succulents, river rocks, and stone pathways leading to the pool area. Oversized spa is raised with beautiful blue tiling, with water spillover into the heated salt water pool. 4 Lounge chairs surround the pool, next to the key shaped fire pit with additional seating area. Expansive covered outdoor space with sectional to enjoy those warm spring nights, plus BBQ and outdoor dining table for 8. Wrap around the side yard to a perfectly manicured lawn with plenty of room for lawn games such as bocce ball or croquet. Indoors the home has a beautiful entryway, immediately presenting an office turned game room with poker table and TV. Plenty of seating near the TV in the great room, which has neutral tones, big picture windows, and pocket sliding doors to let the outside in. The formal dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a fireplace plus additional seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, plus place settings, flatware, and wine glasses. You will love making meals at home in this gorgeous kitchen. The Primary bedroom has a King bed plus en suite bathroom, and flatscreen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities. The second suite is an attached casita in the front of the home, with Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom. Suite 3 is the attached casita in the back of the home near the pool, and has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, and wetter with below counter beverage cooler, with en-suite bathroom. Suite 4 has a King bed, curved flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom. There is also a loft upstairs with 2 bunk beds (3 twins and one full total, beds not shown), perfect for families with small children or guy's golf trips. The loft contains a curved flatscreen TV, sectional couch, and below counter beverage cooler, and en-suite bathroom. Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Full, and 3 Twins. Sleeps 12. Parking for 4 cars. The home is perfectly located within the development- right across from the clubhouse, which hosts a restaurant and bar, open to all guests. Outside the gates, you are just a mile from the Empire Polo Grounds, minutes from PGA West Golf Club, and Old Town La Quinta. The BMW Performance Center is just a couple minutes east, and you can reach HWY 111 and Interstate 10 very quickly. Our properties come with pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking. Arrive to your home away from home and enjoy a fully stocked fridge and pantry. Your first day should be spent exploring...not standing in line at the grocery store. Ask for details!
