- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Villa Ana has a waterfall that springs from the natural coral hillside facing the back of the home, which is surrounded by colorful flowers, lush plants, and palm trees. Once you arrive, you will instantly feel you have arrived in "Paradise". The home boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 in the main house and 1 bedroom (studio) with a private bath outside the main house bedrooms, and 4.5 baths. It is a lovely home furnished with sophistication, style, comfort, and beauty.
It has a perfect layout for a vacation rental, with privacy for each bedroom. The Lanai is fully furnished for outdoor living and dining. A private pool and spa await your laughter and enjoyment. This property is perfect for families and well-mannered groups. Located on the first level are 2 rooms with a shared full bathroom: Guest room 1 has a queen-size bed with beautiful mountain views Guest room 2 has 2 twin beds (can be converted to king bed) has a TV Located on the 2nd level are 3 bedrooms: Guest room 3 has a queen-size bed Guest room 4 has a queen-size bed Guest room 3 & 4 have Jack/Jill bathroom that is shared (double sinks) Guest room 5 is the master bedroom with a TV & King bed and a private bathroom with double sinks, bide, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Guest room 6 (studio) has a full-size bed, TV, and its own private bathroom which is a separate studio outside the main house.
There is a very nice living room with an inside bar: perfect for your early evening cocktails, wine, and pupus. The family room and dining room offer comfort for all of your meals with friends and family and relaxing in front of the large TV. The outdoor Lanai area is nicely furnished with plenty of comfortable lounge furniture, an outdoor bar, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, all of which ensure an outdoor living and entertaining experience at its finest. This house has wireless Sonos speakers for your music enjoyment.
