The space
The home has 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. You are greeted by a lavish marble foyer lit beneath a dazzling chandelier. Large pillars surround the seating area in the main foyer. The home is newly renovated with all new furnishings, bedding, and linens. Gorgeous outdoor space with pool and putting green. Amazing game room with arcade games, foose-ball table, air hockey and ping pong. Comfy outdoor furniture including loungers by the pool. Off the back terrace, the fenced in backyard with gorgeous pool is surrounded by mature trees that makes for your own private retreat. We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool safety fence can be set up upon request.

Bedroom 7-Upstairs ,master king suite, expansive balcony, dresser, large walk in closet, master suite bath with soaking tub, dual rain-shower showerheads, and expansive vanity. Separate water closet with commode and bidet.

Additional full bath upstairs with shower.

All bedrooms all have 40 in Roku (smart TV), to watch all streaming channels, (Hulu, Netflix etc) No cable.

We also have You Tube TV, Hulu, HBO+, Netflix, ESPN+, and DIsney + , all logged in and readily available (you wont need to even log into your account bc its already there for you!)

Living Room-Large comfy sectional sofa with 55 in Smart (Roku) TV. (No cable)

Kitchen-Completely renovated with all new appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and ample cabinetry. Large center island. Fully stocked with all the dishware, cookware, pots and pans you would need to prepare the perfect meal. Also stocked with coffee, creamer and spices.

Dining-dining area seats 10 guests at large dining table with sparkling sunburst chandelier.

Work Station-Desk and two large monitors. Perfect for work and zoom meetings. Also for virtual learning for the kids;)

Outdoor area- pool .Covered area with Outdoor furniture along with pool-side loungers. Propane grill available for your use. Plenty of green space and your very own putting green!

Laundry-Washer and Dryer available for your use. Laundry room located downstairs off foyer. We supply detergent.

-*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
*Due to Broward County Covid Restrictions, there is a max limit of 6 guests and max limit of 10 guests from the same household.
*Trash bins located outside the back gate in alleyway.
$100/hour late checkout fee for each hour after the 11am checkout time. Late checkouts must be approved by management at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability
