Whether you're visiting as a family or with a group of friends, everything you need & want for a comfortable & memorable stay, whether to entertain or relax, is provided.

The space
At Grant Beach House, the safety of our guests is our top priority and we have always been committed to delivering the most relaxing, comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay possible.

In light of recent events, we are taking extra precautions to support our guests.

What does this mean for you? 

* Although we have always taken great care and pride in the cleanliness of the beach house prior to each guest arriving, we are taking extra precaution by implementing more strenuous and detailed sanitation efforts between each and every stay.

* We continue to follow guidelines implemented by each hosting site and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment.

As for the space, we’ve got you covered! Consider Grant Beach House to be an all inclusive experience.

First and foremost, 2 private parking spots, located directly in front of the house, are included with your stay!

Kitchen
No house would feel like a (getaway) - home without a fully functioning kitchen. The Grant Beach Kitchen is FULLY stocked with all standard kitchen supplies, including but not limited to silverware, dish-ware, electric range, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig, blender, (not to mention our barbecue in the patio), & more!

Towels & Linens
Towels and linens are provided for our guests.

Bathrooms
In addition to basic bathroom supplies, bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, q-tips, tissues, makeup wipes & cotton rounds.
