Newly installed beautiful sparkling heated private pool. Relax on our comfy beds, with new mattresses & bedding. The fully stocked kitchen will be perfect for any meals you wish to whip up. Your sure to love the proximity to the beach only 6 minutes away. At night relax by our fire pit in the spacious back yard while you grill up some dinner & pop into the hottub for a relaxing evening while lounging by the pool. Driveway holds max 2 cars.

The space
You will love the cool modern beachy vibe of this house. Don't let the exterior fool you - inside awaits a brand new renovation with amazing lighting, brand new kitchen , and cozy beds with tons of fluffy bedding. Work station with two large monitors and desk, perfect for working from home or virtual learning. The neutral grey and aqua color palette gives the home a cool trendy vibe. We added tons of soft touches with pillows, throws and rugs to give our guests a warm welcoming feel. We offer ample seating,- tvs in every room (ROKU) and 2 family areas with TV. We have a full laundry room and provide detergents for all guests can wash clothes as they need.

*Please note* This home is located in a family friendly quiet neighborhood. There can be no parties, large gatherings or events. All guests must keep noise levels down and be respectful of the neighbors, especially outside. City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, no music or outside noise permitted during those hours. NO more than 2 cars permitted in driveway. No cars can be on grass or blocking sidewalk or in alley.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for 10 people, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking tools, and bakeware. We also have small appliances including a hand mixer, mini food chopper, blender, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.

Guests have access to home and backyard except any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff"

Other things to note
Due to Broward County Covid Restrictions, there is a max limit of 6 guests and max limit of 9 guests from the same household.
**Please note**The driveway at the home can hold max two vehicles and there is NO STREET parking. The sidewalk can not be blocked. If you have more than 2 vehicles please arrange for car pooling or side street parking on a different street that allows it. **

*All TV's are Smart TV's (Roku) for streaming channels. No cable.
