The space
We have new protocols which we must follow due to covid-19. Please read them below before booking.
- We are now required to have a record of every guest’s legal name and where they are from, for contact tracing purposes.
- The maximum number of guests is 6 if guests do not live in the same household or 10 if guests live in the same household (proof is required)
- No unregistered guests can be at the property (inside or outside) at any time.
- We are required to provide our guests CDC resources (will be emailed to you with check in instructions and will be in a binder at the house).
- Any reservation violating local covid-19 guidelines such as gatherings and parties will be immediately canceled without a refund.
- Guests must turn on fans (if there are any) when checking out to facilitate air circulation
- Guests must follow Hollywood’s covid-19 safety plan including wearing a cloth facial covering consistent with the current CDC guidelines when outside their homes and within a public place such as a grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, restaurant, or other deemed essential business until emergency order 2020-02 is terminated.

We are legally obligated to abide by these rules as per state laws until further notice.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the heated pool or spa. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 3 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride from the beach. Outdoor parking on premises, up to 3 cars in the driveway plus 1 street parking spot.

- Dining room overlooking the pool
- Master bedroom with attached master bathroom and 2 walk-in closets. King bed and 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 - queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - twin bunkbeds
- Bedroom 4 - two full/double beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 5 - in law suite - queen bed, 32" smart TV and private attached bathroom and closet. The in law suite can only be accessed by the inner courtyard, on the other side of the pool, see floorplan
- Inner courtyard with heated pool and spa. Plenty of lounging areas, a dining table, BBQ, and 50" smart TV
- Backyard with children's play area and ping pong table
- Laundry room - can only be accessed by inner courtyard, on the other side of the pool
