Welcome to the luxury 6/5 bedroom home in Hollywood. Fully furnished, equipped kitchen, bedding and towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi, heated pool, backyard, outside grill, billiard room, mini golf, sauna. Excellent Hollywood location close to the beach, marinas, golf clubs, shopping and dining!
-Please note parties are not allowed here no exceptions. In any case the police would shut the party down.

-Our property are clean and safe and are ready for our guests arrival.

This 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and approx. 4,000 sqft, home is centrally located around South Florida’s famous beaches! This property is in Hollywood and it's 5-7 min from Hollywood beach, 20 min from Ft. Lauderdale Beach, and FLL Airport, and about 35 minutes to South Beach. It’s very close to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino (about 11 minutes) and it’s also close to the Dania Casino (about 10 minutes). This property is centrally located, closed to highways and very easy to access.

Enjoy this completely private and secure house. The entire property is surrounded by a 5ft wood fence for complete privacy and security. The home also has hurricane impact windows and doors for added security.

This home has a very large pool and SAUNA.

The backyard has many seating areas outside. There is a outdoor dining area, a fire pit overlooking the, and mini golf area.

The house is equipped with WiFi.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite master bath with walk-in shower and double sink with a large walk-in closet. There is a large 60 inch TV in the master bedroom.

All of the bathrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art shower panels that make for a phenomenal shower experience.

The beautiful kitchen has everything you need
Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and small appliances, including a dishwasher (we provide the detergent), are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen. Guests need to provide their own cooking oils & seasonings. The kitchen has 4 bar stools, the dining room table seats 5 and the outdoor dining room seats 5; which is more than enough seats for everyone!
