Description

You are all welcome to relax! LED Light Paradise is 8 mins drive to Hollywood Beach, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, seaport, and access to I-95 to reach Miami-South Beach. It accommodates up to 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 Jacuzzis, a central air conditioner, and 3 car parking spots.

The space
Led Light Paradise with 2 Jacuzzis is all yours to enjoy for the duration of your booking. It has a private entrance, as well as large indoor and outdoor areas. The house is in a two-story building with the main entrance on the ground floor; the second floor is reachable by a staircase only. A professional interior designer decorated the house with lots of modern elements, including color led lights and many pieces of artwork such as murals, paintings, sculptures, and designer furniture. The property is clean, sanitized, safe, and ready for you.

Very important: It is NOT allowed to use the jacuzzi during QUIET hours (11:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m). As well, loud music and loud conversations are completely forbidden OUTDOOR during QUIET hours. Please understand and respect that, this is a property with an outdoor video surveillance. Hot tub sessions are recommended to last between 15 and 30 minutes, you might be able to extend your soak to 45 minutes. We believe there's enough time since the sunset to 11:00p.m. (no exceptions, please DO NOT insist). Be aware, the hot tubes DO NOT work during QUIET HOURS. We always want to AVOID any misunderstanding.

The total number of bedrooms is five; the total number of beds is six, plus one pull-out twin bed and an air mattress. Including are the following; 1 king bed, 1 queen custom-made platform bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (1 full and 2 twin beds), and 1 queen murphy bed (the guests must pull the cabinet door to open this bed). Blackout curtains are installed in the bedroom windows to comfortably sleep. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms share an astonishing common area great for family and group gatherings. There are three parking spaces available on site. Please, see below for more details.

We politely ask the guests to treat the property with care. The host keeps an inventory of all items on the property. The host thoroughly inspects them before and after each check-OUT. Please, treat the property with love and care. We do not collect the security deposit of $1,000 or fractions from guests that do not damage the property or its content.

The indoor area features

• 5(four) bedrooms

o Master bedroom 1 is on the second floor, only reachable by a staircase. It features a king bed, a wardrobe, a desk for the smart HDTV, two nightstands, 1 large mirror, and color LED lights
o Master bedroom 2 is on the first floor. It features a custom-made platform queen bed, a closet, a smart HDTV, two nightstands, 1 wall mirror, a desk (working station), and color LED lights
o Bedroom 3 is on the first floor. It features a queen bed, two nightstands, a smart HDTV, a closet, and color LED lights
o Bedroom 4 is on the first floor. It is a small bedroom featuring a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out twin bed, a clothing rack with hangers, and LED lights
o Bedroom 5 is on the second floor. It is a small bedroom featuring a queen murphy bed, a small stand with drawers, a mirror, and color LED lights. Please, notice that this room is small and has no access to the outdoor balcony for security reasons

• 3.5 bathrooms

o Bathroom 1 is accessible through the master bedroom 1. It features a jetted whirlpool bathtub, a double bath vanity, a shower, a toilet, and a bidet
o Bathroom 2 is accessible through the master bedroom 2. It features a vanity, a shower, and a toilet
o Bathroom 3 is accessible from a hallway on the first floor. It features a bathtub shower, a toilet, and a sink
o The half bathroom is accessible from the kitchen. It is roomy with a toilet and a sink


• A fantastic open concept living area including the entrance hall - office area, living room, the dining room, and the kitchen

o The living room has lots of windows and glass panels overlooking the outdoor area. It features pieces of designer furniture, a large sectional sofa, and several decoration elements. A double glass door provides access to the covered terrace

o The dining room has a glass top dining table with 8(eight) acrylic chairs and 2(two) Balinese chairs to accommodate up to 10 persons totally. It also features several decoration elements and a coffee station with complimentary coffee, and more. A glass door provides access to the covered terrace

o The spacious and fully equipped kitchen features a granite countertop island with seating for 5 people, ideal for guests entertaining. There is a double sink with food disposal, a built-in cooktop with four elements, an over the range microwave, a dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a convection oven. Additionally, the guests will find a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, rice/potatoes cooker, cooking tools, BBQ tools, and dining ware into the cabinets.

• A working space, with an office chair and a glass-top desk, is at the entrance of the house

• A laundry room with washer and dryer, an iron, and an iron table

• There are three central air conditioner/heater units
o Unit 1 is on the second floor. Its thermostat is by the entrance of bedroom 1
o Unit 2 is for the master bedroom 2, bedrooms 3, and 4, bathroom 2, the working space, and the laundry room. Its thermostat is in master bedroom 2
o Unit 3 is for the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, and bathroom 3. Its thermostat is in the kitchen next to the door of the half-bathroom

• All windows and doors are hurricane impact resistant

• WiFi internet is available throughout the property

Please, be aware! This is a house in a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. If you are loud or like loud music, this is not a place for you. We do not allow loud noises at any time during the day, and especially between 11:00 p.m. to 8a.m.

Guests enjoy private access to the whole house and its outdoor area with 2 private jacuzzis. The house and the outdoor area are exclusively for the guests on the booking. They are NOT shared with the host or other guests.
