The space
Our Beautiful property is located in the Heart of Hollywood Hills Florida right next to i-95. The property is delivered to our guests with all the supplies needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: tooth brushes, tooth paste, hand sanitizer, shampoos and conditioners, we also include little presents for our guests that are going to be revealed upon your arrival. Kitchen has top quality built in appliances, Samsung fridge with showcase, microwave, oven, cook top, dishwasher. All 4 bedrooms include the best beds found on the market. The sleeping experience will truly be one-of-a-kind.
Property is also equipped with smoke detectors in each area of the house, carbon monoxide detector, top rated security system that monitors the house 24/7, along with security cameras for the complete safety of our guests, smart key-less access to the house.
The laundry is located inside the garage, brand new Samsung washer and drier, and as always all supplies provided, detergents, softeners, fragrances etc.

Guest access
Access information with the codes will be provided to the guests before the arrival. No visitors or additional guests will be allowed on the property, only the guests registered under the reservation are authorized on the property.The garage will not be provided for the guests to use. Maximum parking capacity of 4 cars, no more cars will be allowed to be parked on the property. No parking or driving on the grass, no blocking sidewalks, violations will be penalized with the entire security deposit , active police enforcement. 11am strict check out time.

Other things to note
we are a licensed vacation property, all house rules are strict
DBPR license number DWE1622528. We require an up to 1500$ security deposit payed through the resolution center prior to the check in time, and a minimum of 750$ security deposit for short stay reservations, if security deposit was not received we hold the right to use the cancellation policy against the guest without right for refund for the entire reservation. Security deposit will not be disbursed back to the guest for violations of house rules, parties and unauthorized visitors, trashed or smoked property, excessive garbage amount, or check out time that exceeds more than one hour post the official 11am check out time of the listing . We require all guests under the reservation to provide government id to the host prior to the check in time, if government id was not received we hold the right to use the cancellation policy against the guest without right to refund for the entire reservation.
