The space
The Decadent Oasis is a hugely sought-after destination and one of the physically largest Airbnb rentals in South Florida, perfect for groups of up to 10 friends and family for short vacation jaunts, or corporate personnel needing longer-stay housing.

The Spacious Residences
Decadent Oasis is an extremely special property, spanning 20,000 square feet of land and two newly renovated structures totaling 4,000+ square feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all crisply air conditioned by 7 tons of AC.

The Main Home contains 3 spacious bedrooms, two featuring ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom featuring two beds, which is ideal for families traveling with children. The Master Bedroom is enormous, with a king size bed, lots of dedicated audio/visual gear (see Amenities below) and a dream bathroom – gorgeous diamond-laid, internally lit honey onyx walls, granite countertops topped with his & her onyx sinks, marble flooring, and decadent his & her rainshower fixtures extending downward from the ceiling, the entire bath space bathed in embedded LED light – an incredibly romantic experience.

A separate structure on the compound, the Cottages, are located in the rear of the property just beyond the outdoor terrace and swimming pool (see Amenities below), accessible by a dedicated walkway. The Cottages offer incredible privacy for two couples, featuring two completely independent living suites, with modern bathrooms and miniature kitchens, one featuring a cooking range. The suites have separate private entrances and independent air conditioning systems.

There are over 30 eclectic works of art in the home, including photographs, paintings, prints and lighting from Chihuly, Romero Britto, Miguel Paredes, and Tomas Loewy, who chronicles desert festivals like Burning Man. Lastly, the Living Room features a baby grand piano should a musician be in your party.


POOL – There is a large, deep, heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned between each guest stay.

HOT TUB – Featuring 56 variable jets the hot tub is 100% drained and professionally cleaned between each guest stay.

OUTDOOR TERRACE – The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill-out lounge for large groups, completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds, separate seating and a huge marble-inlaid table to accommodate lunch spreads or nighttime cocktails.

BILLIARDS ROOM – The Billiards room is perfect for entertaining, dancing or playing games, featuring a large, top-of-the-line Brunswick pool table with camel felt and plenty of quality pool cues. This room features dark, African wood, ambient lighting.

THE BAR – Between the Billiards Room and Living Room (email hidden) which may or may not have liquor stock from the owner or previous guests.


THE LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a separate enclosed laundry room with high-capacity front loading washer and dryer

Its under 3 miles from one of the best beaches in South Florida (Hollywood Beach) which also has an amazing boardwalk. In fact Hollywood Beach has been ranked by Fodor's as one of the top beaches in Florida for families.

It is less than 1 mile from over 50 bars, restaurants, wine bars, clubs, chocolate shops... in downtown Hollywood and best of all even though they are great and upscale the prices are very reasonable especially compared to South Beach.

Fantastic golf options start less than 5 minutes from the house ranging from super cheap to super expensive. Orangebrook is the closest. Built in 1933 the 36 hole course has burrowing owls (small owls that live on the ground) that you can see each time you play.

All of the best gaming in southern florida is located within 15 minutes of the house including Mardi Gras Casino and Racetrack, Dania Beach Jai Alai, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The house is 4 miles from the Anne Kolb Nature Center a 1,501-acre coastal mangrove wetland that's home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species. You can rent Kayak's and canoes there and follow the boat trails.

The house is amazingly central to everywhere else you want to be. the house is located 7 miles (less than 10 minute drive) from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 21 miles from Miami International (20-25 minute drive).

It is located 15 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale (Los Olas street) which is where most of the live music in South Florida is and 10 minutes from the new Hard Rock Casino and hotel with its huge entertainment district. This a multi billion dollar development with huge clubs, bars, restaurants, a 3,000 person live music venue, a comedy club and of course the largest casino in south Florida.

It is also only 45 minutes to the everglades and it is close to the highway that leads to both the Florida keys or North to Orlando for any day trips...

To get to downtown Miami there is an express highway lane which is essentially a special toll road that never has traffic.

There is also a train stop (Hollywood Station) walking distance from the house.

POOL – There is a large, deep, heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are 6 comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring it’s crystal clear

HOT TUB – The hot tub is located on a dedicated, raised platform deck and easily accommodates 6 people. Featuring 56 variable jets, the hot tub is 100% drained and professionally cleaned between each guest stay.

OUTDOOR TERRACE – The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill-out lounge for large groups, completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds, separate seating and a huge marble-inlaid table to accommodate lunch spreads or nighttime cocktails. The easily-washed tile flooring extends all the way to the BBQ area and also downward to become the pool deck.

OUTDOOR BBQ – Outdoor food preparation, cooking and dining are easy with a large BBQ and dining area on the outdoor terrace. One tank of propane is included.

BILLIARDS ROOM – The Billiards room is perfect for entertaining, dancing or playing games, featuring a large, top-of-the-line Brunswick pool table with camel felt and plenty of quality pool cues. This room features dark, African wood (email hidden) unit, ambient lighting and a dedicated sound system.

THE BAR – Between the Billiards Room and Living Room there is a bar. We do not provide alcohol to guests.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a separate enclosed laundry room with high-capacity front loading washer and dryer.

Other things to note
These are our cleaning procedures as regards COVID-19:
• We dust, sweep or vacuum all floors
• We clean the surfaces with water and soap
• We spray high-touch surfaces in each room with a disinfectant spray
• We let the disinfectant stand for the length of time specified on the product label
• We allow the surface to air-dry once sprayed
• When we finish sanitizing and resetting a room, we close the door and disinfect the doorknob. Once sanitized, we don’t re-enter the space.
