Refundable Damage Deposit - $2,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2,000.00

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description

This amazing home is a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house with new designer furnishings throughout. You will truly feel like your on a high end luxury beach vacation. You will fall in love with this home as it is near the heart of Hollywood and super close to festive downtown Hollywood , boardwalk, the art circle, and beach. All are less than 10 minutes drive away. Close to Hollywood beach, night life, and Margaritaville Resort.

Bedrooms-All bedrooms have its own personal Roku TV. (no Cable) 4 out of 5 bedrooms have their own attached bathroom.

A full dining area, living room, family room and modern open kitchen. Open and comfortable layout with all the perks. It boasts a beautiful new private pool, lush landscape and fully stocked kitchen.

Kitchen-fully stocked with dishware, bakeware, pots/pans, wide fridge, glass stovetop and double oven. Also stocked with coffee, creamers and spices. Ample cabinetry with plenty of storage space.

Dining-Dining table that seats 8. Also a kitchen bar with 3 pull-up bar chairs.
Living room-plenty of natural light, comfy sofas and their own TV.

Bedrooms-All bedrooms have its own personal Roku TV. (no Cable)

No Garage Access

All TV's are Roku. No cable TV only internet based TV. Tvs are for use with your Netflix, Hulu, or direct tv account.

Check in time is 4pm
Checkout time is 11am

Driveway holds up to 3 cars

*** PLEASE NOTE** the pool heater heats pool and bubble spa to same temp of 87 degrees F. If you wish to ONLY heat the spa, and make it hotter than that pre-set temp, please let us know so we can make the changes for you. Otherwise the pool and bubble spa will be 87 degrees F.***

Guest access
All spaces in the home are accessible to the guests including full laundry room. No access to garage. Private parking in the front.
We love to meet and greet our guests, but in the event we are unable to meet, and access keypad code will be issued for self check-in.
House has exterior video surveillance at front and back of home.

We offer additional services such as pool heating, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal.

ID verification will be required upon checkin for last min( within 2 days or same day bookings)
Please have your ID ready- and the matching credit card used to book.
Names must match or no entry will be permitted. Thank you for compliance with this.

No loud music
No Pets
No people in the house except booked guest - maximum 10 people-no exceptions. If i see you have more people beyond limits and rules set i will ask you to vacate with no refund.
All gatherings must be moved inside home at 11 pm. No yelling or loud noises outside past 11
Pool is heated. Jacuzzi max temp is 98 degrees F.

The driveway will accommodate 3 cars comfortably and there is street parking available as well.
Must be at least 25 to rent.
