If we talk about fun to play, the Villa is just 3 miles from the new megastructure guitar “The Hard Rock Casino” wich you can visit anytime of the year. The Villa is equipped with Smart Home capabilities, manage the led lights of the house, smart lock, ring bell camera, Bluetooth speakers, tv and much more all from the kitchen tablet.
Every room has 50” 4K smart TVs with cable under the Xfinity app, Netflix UHD subscription included and lots of apps of entertainment, every room has USB charge stations to connect your phones, tablets or smart devices.

After the 10th guest an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is automatically apply to your reservation.

Guests have access to the whole house, laundry, parking, fast WiFi, cable, 4K UHD smart TVs, Netflix, pool. bbq grill, hot tub, Jacuzzi and more....

Other things to note
(1) There is a ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing the street for security purposes,
(2) there is a security camera facing the driveway for security purposes.
(3) There are two security cameras facing the ally of the house for security purposes (not facing towards the house but toward the ally and street).
(4) No cameras indoors or facing patio amenities. You have total privacy indoors and at the backyard.
(5) Home is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The system monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). The system sends automatic alerts to hosts, hosts then can monitor and send the alerts to guests, Airbnb and local authorities. We Respect our neighbors as part of our Airbnb community. We appreciate your collaboration.
(6) House is equipped with an occupancy detention device that alert host when occupancy levels are higher than expected.
(7) After the 10th guest an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is automatically apply to your reservation.
(8) Guests with negative reviews history will be asked to put an extra refundable deposit of $500.
