We are a turnkey service that allows our homeowners the ease of marketing their vacation home while maximizing their investment without having to do their work themselves. We market your property to clients from around the world who are looking for a luxury vacation rental. Just a few of our services include: Marketing – We will market your vacation home to those throughout the world by a mix of digital marketing, emails, websites and letters. We reach over 10,000 potential clients in 75 countries making our database one of the largest of any luxury home rental company. Guest Questions – We are here around the clock to answer questions from our clients about our homes and our services. Bookings – Once a client decides on a vacation home, we take care of all the booking details and collect down payments on the property. We will also follow up to make sure that the booking is completely paid for before the check-in date while also answering any additional questions the client may have along the way. Additional Services – Many of our properties can also be booked with additional services such as security, a personal chef, or a personal trainer. We will work with our clients to set up these services without our homeowners needing to lift a finger.

While all the houses submitted for selection are outstanding, we are only able to select a few houses in each city. This allows us to keep our list of homes exclusive in each destination. Additionally, we limit the number of properties we represent so that each one can receive the marketing and care that it deserves. We are looking for the best of the best when it comes to luxurious vacation homes. As a result, we have a strict list of standards that each house much meet before it can be accepted. Each vacation home must meet a strict list of standards before it will be accepted. As a result, only the finest properties are selected. While meeting select standards, all homes are also reviewed by a selection committee at The Maruca Group. All homes must be located in an area that is considered an exclusive destination. All homes must be immaculately decorated and well kept. All homes must give clients a true sense of home and include amenities that would be found in the most luxurious hotel.

When a homeowner decides to market their vacation home with The Maruca Group, they get the full-service experience. We will handle all booking details and questions so there is never any contact between the homeowner and the client. All the homeowner has to do is confirm the home’s availability once a client decides on the property. We take care of all emails to the client and all marketing of the home. Of course, all homeowners are aware of all communication with marketing, but the heavy lifting is done by us. By listing with us, you get a full service marketing team to market your property to as many clients as possible. You will also get a team of experts who are there to answer any questions you may have.

In the unlikely event that a client damages a home, The Maruca Group will move immediately in order to make sure that the problems are completely fixed. All homes are inspected after the client leaves to make sure they are in the same condition as before the rental period. If damage is found, we will contact the homeowner immediately to inform them of the issue. The client will be informed as well and held responsible for any monies needed to bring the house back to its original condition. The Maruca Group will contact the appropriate specialists in order to make the repairs. The homeowner will be kept up-to-date throughout the entire process and informed of all procedures and costs.

We understand that your vacation home is a prized possession and you don’t want to risk it being damaged in any way. In order to prevent any damage, we vet our clients completely in order to not only make sure that they have the funds available for the rental, but they are also upstanding citizens. Our clients are usually adult couples looking for a get away for a while or a family. We take as much pride in your vacation home as you do and we want to see it treated as if were our own. As a result, we will treat it as such and do all we can to make sure that it is well cared for.

We will get you your funds immediately following the client’s checkout. These will be wired to the bank account that you provide. All information is kept secure and is only handled by senior Maruca Group employees. All financial information regarding your vacation home will also be sent to your home address or through email, whichever you prefer, by the end of January in order to prepare for taxes.

We do not charge any managment, yearly or monthly fees, work with net to owner & revenue sharing.

Prices

Our rates are for the entire villa; however, parties, weddings or large gatherings require written permission. Some larger villas offer lower rates for use of fewer bedrooms within the house. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental agreement.

Normally a 3 to 7 night stay is required. Many villas do accept shorter stays, especially if it is close to your departure date. During the Christmas and New Year's Holiday period, most villas require a minimum of 10-14 nights.

All bookings require a 13% Miami Beach Resort tax to be collected & check out cleaning fee which range from $75 per bedroom X Number of bedrooms for check out cleaning.

Reservations

This is absolute “No Tolerance” for parties or event without our consent and approval of the owner. Any event opt parties of groups of larger than 15 people can result in immediate confiscation of your deposit. Please refer to our policy page.

Each property is allowed 2 people per bed. So if a property has 5 bedrooms and 5 king beds then you would be allowed 10 people. If you have 12 people for a 5 bedroom house we can arrange that but need to rent roll away beds to accommodate the extra guest as we do not want your guest to be sleeping throughout the furniture of the thaw house. These homes are furnished with very expensive furnishing that are not meant to be slept on. Unlike bed sheets that can be sent to be professionally cleaned fairly inexpensive. A couch can cost up to $1,000to clean when dealing with some of the world most expensive leather. Things can happen and for all parties involved we would to do everything possible to avoid this use of the furnishing. If a property has 2 beds in a room then a total of 4 people can sleep in that room and the total it sleeps is 2 more total. So if a 5 bedroom with 6 beds property then it could sleep 12 and if requested and approved by the owner a requested 2 more total guest could stay. These are approved at the sole discretion of the owner.

All properties in South Beach are in the center of things. South Beach mostly consist from 24th Street and Collins down to South Point Drive. Perpendicular to these streets will be 12 blocks which reduce streets as you drive south towards South Point. You can get a better feel if you want to run a circle around South Beach in 4 miles. It is very easy to catch a $5 cab ride to your next destination or by using local transportation. From Deco Bike a bike share program, to the South Beach local bus which is only 25 cents. To more than a dozen “Swoop” sponsored extended gold carts can take you around Miami Beach by just paying the driver a gratuity.

You will provide this service at $25 per hour. If you like for the linen t be done daily we can send them out to be professionally at $75 per bed. If you will like one of the bed done between cleaning our housekeepers can do that as well. But for larger properties where it would it we would need to do 3 bedrooms or more. The residential washer and dryer cannot support that.

We have selected the most reliable & reputable companies and relationships with the best night clubs and restaurant to make sure the extra services that are booked are delivered to above you expectation and seamlessly since we have already a trust & a relationship that can come crucial if you were to spontaneously want something that cannot be easily delivered without trusting that our clients are serious of their demands.

A vacation rental is the renting out of a furnished apartment, house, or professionally managed resort-condominium complex on a temporary basis to tourists as an alternative to a hotel. The term vacation rental is mainly used in the US.

Generally, in most of our destinations, you can arrive on any day of the week, as long as the villa is available. In Europe, in particular France and Italy, the normal arrival and departure day is Saturday.

For most places the following standard practices apply: A 50% deposit is required within 3 days to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit and rental agreement form are received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of your payment is due 70 days prior to your arrival date. In general, for written cancellations received outside the 70 days of arrival - 35% of gross rental price is retained. For cancellations inside the 70 days of arrival 50% of the total reservation is forfeited. If less than 45 days then 100% of the reservation total will be forfeited. Please note that ALL holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable. Also, please be sure to check on deposit and cancellation policies for your specific villa as payment and cancellation terms may vary. Please check at point of booking. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

There are a few homes that have restrictions. Our Villa Specialists can help you choose the perfect villa for your family, as certain homes are more child-friendly than others in terms of safety and bedding considerations.

Even the best-planned trips can get blown off course by unexpected circumstances like a broken leg, 24-hour flu, an unexpected hurricane, or worse. Trip insurance provides coverage for everyone staying at the villa for one affordable plan cost. Please see our Trip Insurance section for further details.

Villas

Seasons vary depending on the destination. In the Caribbean, High Season begins in mid-December and lasts until mid-April. The lower rates of Low Season take effect until mid-December. Your villa consultant will reconfirm this upon your inquiry, as there are a few exceptions. In Europe the opposite is true, with July and August being High Season.

Not necessarily. Many villas can be rented at a reduced rate when you do not use all the bedrooms. This is noted on the villa rate listings on this site. Varies per owner but a small adjustment or better offer will be accepted by the owner if a very small group as compared to a large group. Sometimes owners will negotiate better deals if rooms are closed off but typically not during high and peak season.

Absolutely not. You are renting the entire villa and you never have to share a villa with anyone other than those in your party.

It's an exceptional idea and a great value. Villas are private and spacious, and most come with private pools and hot tubs or Jacuzzis. Many of our listings are incredibly romantic and offer packages and reduced rates for 2 guests or honeymooners.

As you explore the villas we represent, you'll see that many villas are often much less than prices at hotels of the same quality standard. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa, you'll quickly realize that villas offer a superb value. For example, three rooms at a high-end hotel may run you $690/night per room, while one 3-bedroom luxury villa with the same amenities and services could cost you $990/night. That's a savings of $1,080/night!

This and other considerations vary from destination to destination. If you are looking for cook service, Barbados, Jamaica, and St. Lucia have homes staffed with cooks. Cook service can be arranged at additional cost at most of our other destinations. Maid service is included in most destinations but please confirm frequency of this service with your Villa Specialist.
