Come enjoy the best of the Hamptons at my charming home, complete with pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower! Perfectly located on a quiet street you will love your time at this home. Enjoy your days poolside or take the quick drive to Ponquogue beach, less than 10 minutes away, for a fun filled day in the sun. Should you wish to leave, town is a short 5 min away! Perfect for families or couples this 3 bedroom home has an incredible backyard with room for lawn games, sunbathing, and bbqs.

The space
Guests have full access to the house and backyard- including sprawling pool and relaxing hot tub! The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from the center of Hampton Bays, which includes grocery stores, movie theater, Starbucks, exercise studios, restaurants, bakeries, and more! I am also walking distance to the very popular island-themed restaurant, Rumba- a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or a post-beach cocktail! A quick 10 minute drive will have you sitting on Ponquogue beach!
Note: pool and hot tub are closed from November-April.

Guests have access to the full home- including full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room/family room, laundry room, and backyard. Backyard boasts an impressive swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower!
