This gorgeous property is your dream vacation waiting to happen! This stunning 5 bedroom estate sleeps 10-11 guests, has 3 bathrooms, and a super spacious layout. New luxury furnishings throughout with cool, calming décor allows for a truly tranquil feel. The extra large kitchen and dining area greets you when you walk in. Stunning custom seafoam cabinets set the modern beach tone in this beautiful space. Huge dining table seats 10 guests. Two large living room spaces with TVs. Large master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom. You will love to escape to your private outdoor oasis as the outside area boasts a heated pool, and stunning waterfront view of canal and dock.

The space
The vibe of the home feels like a luxury beach home with a touch of glam. Seafoam touches with luxe mirror finishes compliment the water view from practically every room. The bedrooms all feature brand new beds with comfortable mattresses and soft bedding. We can also supply pack n play and high chair upon request. We provide all bed linens, towels, and also starter sets of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Kitchen - ample cabinetry, double wide fridge, glass top stove, fully stocked and includes coffee, spices and creamers.

Dining - huge table seats 10 with view to pool and water - 60 inch tv in dining area

Living rooms - 2 living spaces with sectional sofas, ROKU TVs - 50 inch

Bedroom 1-Master with a king adjustable bed, pull out sofa for 1 guest , access to pool, 70 inch tv. ( no cable) smart tv, large en-suite bath with water closet , vanity , and luxury rainshower shower head. 2 walk in closets.
Bedrooms 2-Queen bed, full closet and dresser.
Double vanity bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 on one side of house. ( red one in pics) TV in each room
Bedroom 3 queen bed, full closet, dresser access to pool.
Bedroom 4 - queen bed, no closet but has hang rack for clothes and dresser. Beautiful led light in headboard.
Bedroom 5-queen bed, full closet

All TVs, except dining room are Smart TV only. They do not have a cable box.

Patio- large heated private pool, canal front with dock ,lots of outdoor seating. **** PLEASE NOTE** the pool heater heats pool and spa to same temp of 87 degrees F. If you wish to ONLY heat the spa, and make it hotter than that pre-set temp, please let us know so we can make the changes for you. Otherwise the pool and spa will be 87 degrees F. Please note there are no jets or bubbles of any kind in spa***

We can put up pool safety fence upon request. Home is not childproofed.

We welcome children and can provide child items like a high chair and pack n play, however must be honest about the many access points in this home to the pool area. Children must be watched. All doors have locks.

Driveway hold 3 -4 cars only. No more than that please.

Washer and Dryer are available for your use. They are located inside the garage. Detergent provided.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am - no music or loud noise outside. Absolutely no parties or events. No pets.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for any locked doors marked
“Designedvr Staff”

Driveway holds 3-4 cars.

Also note that any last minute bookings will not be released check-in information until they are met personally by our property manager. Guest ID and Credit card must match booking name.
