Bedroom 4 - QUEEN SIZE BED, TV and hanging rack.
Bedroom 5 - DOUBLE SIZE BED, dresser and a full closet.
Bedroom 6 - TRUNDLE BED (x2 Twin beds) and dresser.
Bedroom 7 - KING SIZE BED, TV and dresser.
** Bedrooms 5-7 located on the 2nd floor
** All bedrooms have RokuTV. No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

Kitchen - Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots and pans. It is also stocked with spices, coffee and creamers. Ample cabinetry and plenty of counter space.

Laundry - Located next to the Kitchen, with Washer, Dryer, Cleaning supplies

Lounge area located on the 2nd floor with a TV, mini fridge, and seating located on the 2nd floor viewing the intercostal. Ping pong table, Waterfront

Outdoor - Beautiful pool and sparkling hut tub with plenty of seating, lounge chairs, Egg chair (swing chair), a dining table for 6, additional dining table for 8 guests next to BBQ grill, Fire pit area viewing the intercostal.

Driveway - Can hold up to 5 cars. Please do not park on the grass!

Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent to via a LINK. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to all home and backyard except for any locked doors marked "DesignedVR Staff only".
