This expansive estate was masterfully designed and built by Lundgren Construction, a north shore builder known for their expertise in custom Balinese design. The estate is nothing short of a masterpiece and offers 5 luxurious bedroom suites and 6.5 bathrooms. The main house has 4 suites, and there is a separate Guest House with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. Each room tells it's own story with rich interiors and inviting furnishings. Watch the tides roll in from two of the oceanfront Master bedrooms that each unfold to a covered lanai. A generous living area opens up to a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area that is fully stocked, while adjacent glass doors lead to the oceanfront BBQ terrace. Showcasing globally sourced materials from the ceiling to the floor and in every corner, no detail at Pinecone has been missed.  

Put a pause on time, and unwind by the exquisite salt water pool which sits privately at the center of the home, along with a nearby jacuzzi, full pool bathroom and outdoor shower. Dine al fresco on the covered BBQ terrace where steps lead to a private oceanfront lawn and gated beach access. On the outdoor lanai you will find a dining table for eight, BBQ grill, mini fridge and... a Beer Keg on tap! Yes... you read that right! Almost too good to be true...but at Pinecone, dreams do come true.

Pinecone sits beachfront to Papailoa Beach, also known as the "Police Beach", which has a long stretch of beautiful white sand and shallow reef lines all along the coastline, making it ideal for swimming during non-winter months. The road less taken, Papailoa Beach is private and an uncommon tourist spot, however, it gained more popularity after the TV series Lost filmed on location for part of the series. Surfer and waterman visitors of Pinecone can enjoy "The Himalayas" surf break which sits directly off shore during the winter months. Papailoa Beach is also a haven for spotting Honu's - Hawaiian for green sea turtles. Do not be surprised should a few tortoise friends greet you during a morning walk along the beach.

Located on the North Shore of Oahu, Pinecone neighbors some of the greatest, world renowned surf breaks such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay and Banzai Pipeline. A short drive away from quaint Haleiwa town, where you can find local boutqiues, exotic eateries and the best shave ice, a local Hawaiian icy treat perfect on any hot Hawaiian summer day. Standard occupancy for this rental is 8 guests with a max occupancy of 10 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy.
