Therefore, we kindly request that all occupants adhere to our rules and regulations. We prioritize respect for our neighbors and maintaining a serene ambiance in our exclusive neighborhoods.

To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, we have established a list of unacceptable behaviors within the premises. These include no smoking inside the home or throwing cigarette butts on the ground, no tampering with the pool equipment, no wild parties, no jumping off the roof into the pool, and no loud music after 11 pm outside. Additional guests or parties require prior written consent, and fighting or any police involvement other than medical emergencies is strictly prohibited.

As responsible guests, we expect you to fulfill certain responsibilities. While a cleaning fee is charged, it is your duty to leave the home in the same condition as you found it, with the exception of washing sheets, towels, and linens. Please wash all used dishes or run them through the dishwasher before check-out, and ensure no leftover food remains in the refrigerator or the home. Trash must be bagged and properly disposed of before departure, and all lights and climate control systems should be turned off. Please remember to lock all doors and windows when leaving, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

By acknowledging and accepting our rules, regulations, and terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 25 years old and have read all the provided information thoroughly. Furthermore, you certify that you are the legal owner of the credit card used for payment and that you take full responsibility for the rental property and any associated services.
