- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Pool heat is not included on your reservation cost. Please inquire about pricing for pool heat at least 48-72 hours prior to arrival as this will need to be arranged ahead of time.
Please note, this home can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 adults. Up to 4 additional children are permitted in your reservation, in addition to the 12 adult maximum. Children are defined as occupants 12 years of age or younger.
Our home features 5 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
