This is a beautiful villa that sleeps 18 people. 5 main house bedrooms and two guest house bedrooms. This modern, waterfront residence includes a private rooftop lounge overlooking the Fort Lauderdale Intercoastal. This exquisitely curated home features top-of-the-line finishes and interior designs by world-renowned designer. Meticulously groomed lush landscape overlooking the waterfront. Features of the home include an Outdoor California kitchen, fire features, dock, infinity pool, and jacuzzi.

The space

Each living space is unique with its own design for ample living in the millionaire South Florida lifestyle. An outdoor California kitchen, a floating modern prism staircase. a basketball court and your own putting green are some of the many amenities in this modern masterpiece. Features even include a glass fireplace.

Guests may access the home through a gate or through the 3-car garage. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Other things to note

This is the ultimate house with everything imaginable. Designed by a world-class architect, it is the perfect stay for the curated traveler. I always encourage our guests to opt for our concierge options, which are available at an additional cost. Yacht rentals, car rentals, chef services, catering, waiters, and bartenders are always available even additional cleanings and babysitting!! However the sooner we plan this, the easier it will be to accommodate. Upon reserving your stay, I always reach out to guests to see if they would like to add on extras.
Please remember that it is home so we do have to play nice with the neighbors.
I always suggest guests go order supplies, food, and any other items during their stay on the many apps that deliver to the home. I can get you that list too.
