The unique 2-story house features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two bonus sleeping rooms and can sleep 12 guests comfortably. Each room features cable TV, with Wi-fi internet located throughout the entire house. There is room for parking 5 cars off the street, 2 of which can be parked in the private garage. Outside you will be treated with the beautiful views of the lagoon of Birch State Park and frontal ocean views of the Atlantic. In the backyard, you can enjoy sipping mojitos in your private heated pool (for additional fee of $200) that features a cascading waterfall and a soaking tub. The screened porch, gazebo and spacious deck area allow you to sit back and enjoy nature's tranquility while still living the beach lifestyle. The house comes with a mosquito mist system so you are truly able to enjoy nature. At ‘Villa Maxx Haven,’ we have provided all the amenities needed to make your vacation an unforgettable one. Boating/fishing excursions, jet skiing, and parasailing are all offered nearby on Fort Lauderdale Beach.
