The space
This is a stunning modern 5 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome is the perfect vacation getaway home with all the comforts of home. It has a sleek, modern feel with a palette of grays and blues for a relaxing feel, and a super spacious layout.
New furnishings throughout with beautiful accents and tons of natural light. All new beds and super comfy bedding. We supply all linens, towels, and starter sets (hotel sizes) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pack n Play and highchair are provided and are stored upstairs in the master bedroom closet.
All bedrooms and living room have a Roku TV (no cable) where guests can use their streaming accounts to watch Netflix, Hulu, ect.

Workstation-Upstairs with computer monitors and desk chair, perfect for working while away and virtual learning for kids.

Kitchen-Newly renovated with plenty of counter space and ample sleek cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar and spices.

Living area-large comfy sectional sofa, and 65 in TV

Dining Area-Dining table with banquette seating and 4 chairs. Also 4 counter height stools for kitchen counter seating.

Parking-2 cars inside the garage and 2 cars in driveway.

*All TV's are Smart TV's (Roku) for streaming channels. No cable.
*No daily cleaning service
*Please note that we have landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
*Due to Broward County Covid Restrictions, there is a max limit of 6 guests and max limit of 10 guests from the same household.
$100/hour late checkout fee for each hour after the 11am checkout time. Late checkouts must be approved by management at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability
