- Refundable Damage Deposit - $3,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $3,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
The 250 m2 with 3 bedrooms in the main house are tastefully furnished with modern designer furniture. The house is technically perfectly equipped, from the flat-screen TV and the stereo system to the washing machine and dryer to the high-speed internet connection

Villa Oikos provides a fully air-conditioned villa only a few minutes from San Rafael and a short drive to Ibiza town and San Antonio. The villa has several sun terraces.
