We are 2-3mins drive to the closest bay beach (quiet and private, perfect for kids) or around 10-12mins drive to the main ocean beaches. Enjoy absolute peace by the pool in the garden oasis or listen to your favorite music directly from your mobile device to any location within the house. This home that has it all - Wi-Fi throughout, Smart Home 3 zone HVAC, 75 inch TV on the main level in the spacious great room (which has fireplace and doubled height vaulted ceilings) a formal dining room with an impressive circular table capable of seating 10-12, and an enviable fully equipped gourmet kitchen any chef would find impressive. There are multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the summer warmth with stone patio and tables around the heated pool, wrap around patio and outdoor eating area adjoining the house, multiple balconies and lawns surrounding the property. Perfect for a couples retreat and plenty of room to bring the whole family. With a games room with table tennis, foosball, a gym, multiple TV areas, there is something for everyone. We even have a crib set up for small kids in the nook of one of the guest rooms. BASEMENT: Our Basement has been finished recently with an industrial design, polished concrete floors & corrugated steel ceiling. It has a glass enclosed wine cellar, 75inch TV in lounge area, gym, fooseball and ping pong table along with an additional bedroom. The Basement has a separate zone for A/C and heating. Our aim is to make sure our guests have a relaxing stay and so we provide a detailed guide to the property and surrounding area. Bedroom configuration: Bed 1: The oversized king master bedroom has a walk in closet, en-suite with separate spa and shower and separate climate control. Bed 2: The second king master has direct access to private patio and garden, a walk in wardrobe and the en-suite contains a separate bath and steam shower. Bed 3: The 1st guest room has 2 full beds and full en-suite along with its own private balcony with hammock overlooking the gardens. Bed 4: The 2nd guest room has full en-suite queen bed and crib for a baby. Bed 5: The Basement has the 5th bedroom in the Main Residence with plenty of room with a queen sized bed and a separate queen sized day bed. The basement also has a nook with another daybed that folds out to be a queen bed which is an optional 7th sleeping area. Optional Bed 6: The detached pool house has a gas fire place, air-conditioning, a full bathroom (cold water only) and is often used as an extra guest bedroom with the fold out couch - definitely not the same standard of living as the Main Residence but a good retreat for teenage kids for a night or two. Note - the Pool House is winterized during Winter and not available for use. Our no.1 priority is getting tenants who will love house and look after it like their own.
