Contemporary luxury home with vaulted ceiling, 3 fireplaces, super sized master bedroom, spacious fully equipped open chef's kitchen/ dining area for lively entertaining, family room and living room, finished basement with pool table, minutes from ocean and bay beaches and 3.5 miles from village. Gas grill, BBQ on the deck even in winter. Large entertaining deck. Groups (4 or more unrelated people) are NOT permitted in East Hampton. Tenant pays for pool heat if used. Pool closes mid-September. Open and sunny with sliding glass doors, large white deck, comfortably furnished. Ideal for entertaining. Country feel but near village shopping, movie, restaurants, beaches.
