- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description

This newer, state of the art 2 BR, 2 bath luxury cottage is immaculate in every way and must be seen to be appreciated. It's in walking distance to a beautiful private beach on Gardners Bay, and a short drive to Amagansett and EH ocean beaches. East Hampton law requires owner occupation.

The space
Gorgeous high end beach house with access to private Clearwater Beach in Springs, East Hampton. Across the street is Hog Creek estuary that leads out into Gardiners Bay. Relax on the spacious multi tiered deck with fire table, hot tub and top of the line grill. Float in the heated pool under the waterfall or take a nap on the outdoor day bed. There are speakers throughout the house, outside on the deck and by the pool for your listening enjoyment. There is 70 inch television in the large open floor plan living area as well as large flat screens in both bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with high end appliances and all the necessities for your gourmet meals.
