The space
We provide all bed linens and towels. We also supply starter sets (hotel sizes) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Children's items such as pack n play and highchair upon request.

All TV's are Roku for streaming services. No cable.

Dining-Dining room table seats 6 guests.

Laundry Room- Washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

Driveway-3 to 4 cars max. No street parking. No parking on grass.

*Due to Broward County Covid Restrictions, there is a max limit of 6 guests and max limit of 10 guests from the same household.
$100/hour late checkout fee for each hour after the 11am checkout time.
