Aloha and welcome to Copa Cabana Vacation Home nested in the lush tropical garden with total privacy at Cathedral City Cove. This unique 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths 1,700 sq. ft. custom built home offers a delightful indoor and outdoor living experience. This Tropical home is truly unlike most of the desert homes; Copa Cabana is an extraordinary home for those who enjoy a touch of tropic and European design. This vacation home is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a long term stay.
Copa Cabana will give you and your family a sense of tranquility and serenity. This home is on a very private lot with tropical plants surrounding the whole property. Tall Palm trees, Banana trees, Desert cactus and many tropical plants are all professionally planed around the house to create a total privacy wall. There is not just one, but two tropical gardens in the house. A lush and Hawaiian style garden will greet you before you enter to the front entrance and a private and peaceful garden at the backyard. Enter the house through the double French doors; your eyes will automatically be drawn to the wall of glass in front of you with a view of the city and backyard. To the right, you will find a formal dining room that can host 8 people which is a great place to entertain friends and family. To the left, you will find a formal living room with a great white stone fireplace where you and your friends or family can enjoy a quiet evening. A media room is just across from the living room where all of your family can enjoy a good movie on a large flat screen TV. This open floor plan living room with an unobstructed view will not only impress you but to give you a sense of space. High ceiling and expensive large marble floor throughout the house will give you a sense of a luxury hotel lobby.
Continue toward the dining room you will find a very generous size kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for all your cooking needs. A center island will be a great place for you and your family to gather while you cooking up the most delicious meals. A mounted TV is also available in the kitchen so you can catch your favorite TV shows while preparing your meals. This is an extraordinary kitchen for chefs. This is not your typical kitchen in an ordinary house, this kitchen is impressive
An ensuite Bedroom is right across from the kitchen. The Bedroom has a large walk in closet with TV and DVD player. A couple of skylights is directly above the bed. Across from the bedroom, you will find a walk in shower. A surprise can be found when you walk out from the bathroom. There is a very private outdoor shower in a very serene garden setting.
A second bedroom is completely opposite of the house in the private cottage with an ensuite bathroom as well. This setting is perfect for couples who enjoy total privacy of their own. Guests will have their own little patio facing the garden area. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee A TV and a DVD player are also available for the second suite.
A sparkling private pool is just off the living room with a double French door. Step outside and enjoy the California Sunshine during the day. Lounge chairs are available for you to lay back and relax or perhaps to read your favorite book while enjoying your cocktails. A built in BBQ grill and a small fridge is right next to the pool. So, you don't have to walk back inside the house to get your cold beverages. An outdoor dining space is ready for your dining needs.
A private tropical garden is off the other side of the swimming pool where you can walk in and get some shade during the day. For anyone who enjoys tropical plants and lush garden in their home, this is an ultimate home for you.
This Vacation Home is a short distance drive to the city of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. So come and experience this desert paradise home where peace and tranquility awaits you.
