- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Enjoy a comfortable Queen size bed with a 40 inch TV in the guest bedroom. This bedroom is down the hallway from the master bedroom, for plenty of privacy for both rooms.
