Villa Vegas is a striking, contemporary, 7-bedroom villa that was recently remodeled to accommodate more people. It has sweeping ocean views over the Cabo Marina and all of downtown. Enjoy city lights at night, with a quick and easy walk to everything the city has to offer: beach, marina, downtown, restaurants, entertainment and more.

Located in the guard-gated community of Pedregal, the home has one of the best access' to the city as it is a 5 min walk to the marina, so no need for a taxi. 6 of the 7 bedrooms have ocean views, while all bedrooms are furnished in brand new contemporary decor, with high quality linens and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The theater room is equipped with comfortable elevated couches and is complete with a huge projector screen and satellite TV with ALL the sports channels.

* Groups with more than 16 guests will be charged an extra $100 per person, per night. Max capacity is 22 guests.

- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement)
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this jeopardizes our guests safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special consideration, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation.

Q: What does the butler do?
A: Butler does what you need him/her to do. Some people like their butler to help with luggage, make drinks, keep pool towels tidy, keep the kitchen clean, keep doors closed to maintain A/C, refreshing appetizers, manage house (TV & music), call taxis, help with translation and more. Other people have their butler sing to them and make tea. Your butler will be available 7 hours per day - you stipulate hours each day.

Q: House has a lot of stairs, is there an elevator?
A: We're told the stairs are a refreshing, much-needed exercise. Although there are many, they are not daunting. The house has an elevator, but it is constantly in repair, so we cannot promise it working for anyone's stay. Fortunately, the butler is available to help move things up and down the stairs.

Q: Do you allow bachelor parties?
A: Yes. Villa Vegas is one of the few homes in Pedregal that allows all-male groups. And all female groups for that matter as well. Bachelor parties love this house because it is walking distance to downtown. This means large groups don't have to worry about coordinating group taxis back to the villa.

Q: Can we be loud in this house?
A: Depends on your definition of "loud".... Music is certainly allowed to be played at Villa Vegas, but we ask for you to be respectful of the neighbors. Also, the Pedregal community has a very strict NOISE ORDINANCE that begins every night at 10 pm. If the noise is too loud, Security will visit the house one time for a warning. If they have to return, it will be an automatic fine of $1,000 USD.
