- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

No pets
No events without prior written approval (guest count cannot exceed booking agreement)
Principal guest must be at least 25 years old unless otherwise approved
No outside contracted services (chefs, butlers, masseuses, etc.)—all providers must be booked through your concierge for safety and security
Report any pre-existing damages within 24 hours of arrival
Guests must follow Pedregal community rules, including noise ordinances and security guard instructions
