Your vacation just got easier! Each rental with Cabo Platinum is complete with a Personal Concierge who will manage a full itinerary for your group. This local expert will connect with you after your booking is confirmed and help arrange everything: transportation, chefs, butlers, grocery delivery, activities, restaurants, yachts and more. Casa Brooks is an expansive and beautiful hacienda-style luxury villa rental. Surrounding the property are large fire features and seating/lounging for 16+, formal dining area, 16-person hot tub, and a gourmet kitchen. The indoor courtyard gives this villa an unbeatable ambience and tranquil setting to enjoy your vacation. Casa Brooks hosts 10 bedrooms on 2-floors. As part of the 10 bedrooms, the Villa has a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and full kitchen. In addition, there is a den that can accommodate extra guests with 2 single beds.

Cabo del Sol is a double-guard gated community conveniently located 10-mins East of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The nearby Sheraton hotel has a gym, spa, and several restaurants. Visit the clubhouse for a spectacular Sunday brunch!

HOUSE RULES:

- No Smoking
- No Pets
- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement).
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- Outside contracted services are not permitted as this will jeopardize our guest's safety and security deposit. Your Concierge is available to help book any additional services. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please contact us to discuss the best option for your vacation.

Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa?
A: Yes! We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events. An additional night's stay will be required as an "event fee". This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security, and permits within the HOA.

Q: Can you walk to the beach?
A: The beach is a 7-min walk or 2-min golf cart ride.

Q: What does the Butler do?
A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seamless. From helping with luggage to making drinks to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also help work the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning and help with meal service.
