Description

Located on a charming tree lined street just off famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The courtyard entry opens to an expansive living room with beamed ceilings,decorative fireplace and ample architectural details. Adjacent is a light filled formal dining room which is spacious and inviting. The first floor also includes a kitchen with a pleasant breakfast room, inviting den. Ascending the open staircase leads to a large master suite with bath, and 4 addition bedrooms with a full bath, a sparkling pool, garage and inviting sitting area. Walking distance to all the shops & restaurants that Beverly Hills has to offer. Any weekly rentals guest must have at least 1 house keeping at there expense.
