- Refundable Damage Deposit - $25,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $25,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Villa Ariana is a modern craftsman style home in Beverly Hills, on the promontory overlooking downtown LA.
The villa has floor to ceiling windows that can be moved to allow for direct access to the outdoors, and let in the sweet California breeze. There are 6 luxury bedrooms in the villa, all with floor to ceiling windows, and access to your own private balcony. There is an impressive media room, game room, and wine cellar inside. The main living area is equipped to entertain many guests, and has a modern fireplace.
Villa Ariana also has an impressive outdoor space, with its own outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and dining area. Off the large patio, there are comfortable loungers and an inifinty pool with spectacular city views.
