2 bedroom 2.5 Bath 2000 Square foot house with a pool and a one bedroom guest house located just up the street from all the great dining and shopping that Beverly Hills has to offer.

The main house has two king beds and there is also a chaise that can sleep one. There is a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two.

The guest house is a bachelor unit with a queen bed, full closet and full bathroom.

There is a child safety fence around the pool that is removable if you do not have small children.

The property itself is secured via an automatic gate with a camera so you can see who is there and there are security cameras on the exterior of the house.

Washer & Dryer, Cable TV, WIFI, ROKU.

Our house sits on 30,000 square feet of gated property that is completely private. You'll love relaxing by the pool or firing up the BBQ (propane provided) after a long day of exploring Los Angeles.

I prefer not to rent out the house for parties or filming.

NOTE: Utility consumption optional at $40 per day to heat pool to upper 80's. Please provide at least 24 hours notice.
