Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00

- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The house is located in the best area of Beverly Hills, on a residential street, you are less than 5-10 min away to, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip, Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills Hotel, and numerous shops and restaurants.

SAFETY:
The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night.

I'm staying 10 min away from the house so if you need anything I'm easy to reach. I'm always glad to give recommendations for restaurants and places around.

Please note an extra rental agreement will need to be sign at the check in and will require to have the person on the reservation physically do the check in with an ID and a Credit Card matching his name.

Please note if instant booked for a party or event with our written authorization, your reservation will not be valid and it will be automatically cancelled due to breach of house rules.
