- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

With separated en-suite bedrooms each guest is offered ultimate privacy and panoramic views of the city or the hillside. The glass walls that simply open and disappear provide a true indoor/outdoor living space and the villa is covered in handpicked finishes & hardware, as well as, Roberto Cavalli tile, and walnut floors.

? Cameras at the entry of the home. No cameras inside the home.
? Rental agreement signature and ID must match.

The space
The home has high ceilings with white gallery walls, state-of-the-art lighting, and motorized window shades. Kitchen opens out to a huge balcony for interior or alfresco dining. Primary bedroom has two huge custom closets and all glass doors to a spacious balcony with stunning views. Enjoy a private pool/spa with dramatic steps that take you to a completely hardscaped lounging area.

Fees:

? Early check-in at 2pm is $200 (cleaners may still be working).
? Late check-out at 1pm is $200.
? There is a $200 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $200 per pet fee.
