Maruca Villas is a set of plugins (MCP connectors) that let ChatGPT and Claude search The Maruca Group’s vacation homes and help you plan the trip. Each plugin does one job. Search results come from our public listings; prices are estimates before taxes, and final price, availability and approval are always confirmed with the homeowner.

How to add a plugin
Look for “Maruca Villas” in the ChatGPT or Claude connector directory. Where your assistant lets you add a custom connector, you can also add it by its MCP server URL from the table above. No account or sign-in is needed.
Requests to our team: only with your permission, never a booking
- The Offer Writer, Concierge and Events plugins can send a request (an offer, a call-back request, a concierge request or an event quote request) to our reservations team. They send it only after you have explicitly agreed that we may contact you, and they send your name, email, optional phone and the trip details you gave.
- No plugin books, holds dates, takes payment or charges anything. Offers are non-binding. Every stay is approved by the homeowner, and booking is completed with our team or on themarucagroup.com.
- All other tools are read-only searches of public listing information.
House rules
- Maximum occupancy is the listed guest count: no additional overnight guests and no day visitors beyond the registered group.
- No undisclosed parties, events, gatherings, dinners or photo/film shoots. Events, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings and celebrations, are possible only when disclosed in advance, approved by the homeowner in writing, and paid for (event fee), within city rules.
- The primary guest must be 25 or older (or the owner’s minimum), must be staying on-site, and signs the rental agreement and provides ID.
- Pets by approval only. Service and assistance animals are always welcome; just tell us in advance.
- Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; these homes are in residential neighborhoods.
- Every guest is screened and the homeowner has final approval on every reservation.
