- Refundable Damage Deposit - $200.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
Surrounded on three sides with native forest, and sitting back from the road, Hale Ohia is an extremely private and quiet setting for a Volcano getaway. You won’t see or hear any neighbors, yet you are in the ideal location for visiting the park. The golf course neighborhood is considered the ‘sunny side’ of Volcano and is just 5 min from the park entrance. Built in 2005, this house still feels new and features a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, free WiFi, cozy open concept living room/dining area with gas fireplace, spacious master bedroom suite and a large master bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedrooms share a bath with shower. Enjoy the fireplace, the comfy couches, the privacy and garden views after a great day exploring the park... or sit on the cozy covered lanai and experience the secluded and peaceful yard and koa forest at the back of the property, as well as the many native birds who call the area their home. You are within walking distance of the 18 hole Volcano Golf Course as well as the Volcano Winery. The neighborhood has wide quiet paved streets that are ideal for walking, cycling, etc. You can listen to the quiet when you choose Hale Ohia for your Volcano experience.
