The formal dining room is just passed the entry, with a formal dining table for 6 guests. The large glass windows from the living area and dining space both gaze out to the pool and spa. The living room opens to a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, bar stools for 4.
 The living room has two leather loveseats, a gas fireplace, and is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family. This space is open to the kitchen with panoramic windows to let in natural lighting and views throughout. Bedroom Descriptions: The luxurious and spacious master retreat features a King bed, additional seating area with beautiful mountain views, HDTV, and private entrance to the patio and pool area.
 The large en-suite master bathroom has double sinks with wrap around counter, soaking tub, and a large tiled shower. Suite 2 features a King bed, reach-in closet, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with sink, a large tiled shower, and toilet. Suite 3 features a Queen bed, 2 Twin bunk beds, hanging rack, and HDTV. There is a private en-suite powder bath (no shower) with sink and toilet attached. Bed and Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twin bunk beds. Sleeps 8. Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of L'Occitane soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.  Location: Spanish Palms is located in one of the best locations in PGA West, and the home is walking distance to the Tournament clubhouse, home of Ernie's Bar & Grill, open to guests! Also close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
