Villa 150 m2 ( part of the double house); 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own outdoor swimming pool, Dishwasher, Air conditioning, Washing machine, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, beach “Babe“ 450 m. 20 minutes to the center. We are located in a peaceful part, not far from the center and close to the beach. The apartment is new and equipped with air-conditioning + wi-fi and has its own parking space ensured and a big balcony with a sea view.

The Villa is located 4 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach Babe in Novalja and 10 minutes by car from Zrce. Private space and private pool for guests.
