- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

NoBeVIP welcomes you at the PALMS HOUSE !!! CONTACT NOBEVIP FOR ALL VACATIONS NEED. WE HAVE PROPERTIES OF MULTIPLE SIZES. The PALMS HOUSE is new and has 3 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. The living area (living room/Dining room) has an array of large windows overlooking a beautiful garden and pool with bay view which brings you all the natural light that you need inside the house. A pure delight! You can also enjoy a nice quiet evening around the HEATED pool while enjoying the view of the bay. Relax around the outside dining table while you cook your favorite meat on the BBQ. The PALMS HOUSE has a small dock which is perfect for sight seeing, getting on a kayak or a paddle board. You might also get lucky and spot a few dolphins! Thanks for lookingAmenities
