- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,200.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,200.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

**Welcome to Hamilton!** Located just three blocks from the beach, this mid-century style home features clean architectural lines, vaulted ceilings, a rooftop deck, a private hot tub, and a lovely courtyard patio! Pour yourself a cup of coffee at the breakfast nook, then head outside for some fresh ocean air. Stroll over to Windansea Beach for a quick dip, or rent an e-bike and spend your day cruising down the coast! Head down to San Diego for some of the best tacos you’ve ever tasted. But be sure to make it back in time to catch a spectacular ocean sunset! For more dates and availability, check out our twin (Hamilton II) located just next door.
