- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The kitchen and bathrooms boast beautiful granite countertops. You will love the fully equipped kitchen with its big island, to grab breakfast, a quick snack on the go, or to prepare your meals. The space is lined with sliding glass doors leading to the lanai, as is the adjoining dining room, which seats six comfortably.
This lovely home does not lack eating space, should you prefer a formal sit down dinner, or a BBQ on the private and expansive lanai...an amazing space to read a book, take a nap, watch the sunset, and gaze at the evening stars.

Bedroom One - King bed, luxurious bedding, large screen television, walk-in closet, personal safe, in suite bathroom with spa tub and large walk-in shower
Bedroom Two - King bed, luxurious bedding, large screen television, walk-in closet, in suite bathroom with soaking tub and large walk-in shower
Bedroom Three - 2 Queens beds, luxurious bedding, large screen television, large closet, in suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Additional Bedding - There is a den with a sofa sleeper that that can be used as a fourth bedroom.
Additional Bathroom - There is an additional 1/2 bathroom in the residence common area.
* This residence is exclusively managed by LD, they are entirely responsible for any and all property management of the this residence, including pricing, policies and guest services. This property is not affiliated with, or in contract with, Montage Hotels and Resorts. Private properties located at the Montage Kapalua Bay will be subject to an additional resort fee.
***Please note, this property has only 1 parking stall for guest use. If a guest has a 2nd car, they will need to Valet the car and pay the daily Valet fee of $35.00 plus tax.***
