Other things to note
Please take this into consideration - not following these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a charge to the guests:

- Deposit: $10,000

- Photo ID is required upon check-in.

- Parties and gatherings with loud music are not allowed in the backyard.

- Early check-in, anytime after 2 pm, is $500. However, the cleaners will still be working to make sure the property is in pristine condition.

- Late check-out up until 1 pm is additional $500.

- For the pool / hot tub heating, there is a $300/day fee.

- If you are bringing pets, there is a $500 per pet fee.

- If there are more than 8 guests, there is a charge of $100/day per guest.

- No visitors are allowed at all times, unless approved in writing by the host.

- Driveway and garage parking.

- The property is equipped with security cameras. The cameras are visible. One is located in the front by the gate. No cameras inside the house (bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room, or kitchen), which means you have complete privacy.
