- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Welcome to Redwood. This majestic cabin rests privately amongst fragrant pine trees and provides panoramic views of Martis Valley from the two immense patios, and is a short drive to Northstar. The interior of this spacious home flaunts high wooden beamed ceilings coupled with warm tones and a tasteful blend of stunning furnishings and decor. Large sliding doors allow you to extend the festivities to the outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy time with family and friends.
There is a shuttle that stops outside of this home and takes you to Northstar Resort.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
