- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

This charming haven boasts high ceilings, stonewalled fireplaces, warm wood finishes, and generous windows that allow natural sunlight to permeate the living space while providing unbelievable views of Lake Tahoe. Lay back in the swinging chair with a glass of malbec and take in the panoramic view as the fire pit burns bright on your expansive patio. Hike the trails located in the national park right outside your home, and shred some snow at Diamond Peak Ski Resort, located only 5-minutes away. Experience life above the lake!

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
