- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The space
A winding road leads you high above the Sunset Strip to one of the most coveted cul-de-sac enclaves in West Hollywood. The spacious backyard is a welcoming oasis, with layered gathering spaces, an outdoor kitchen with a Jenn-Air BBQ grill, and a bubbling built-in spa, perfect for sipping champagne and gazing into the starry night sky. Inside, you’ll appreciate the ease and convenience of smart home technology. A chic and elegant open floor plan features a chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances. Three bedrooms and four baths ensure space for all.
This large home boasts an airy, spacious feel, with mid-century modern furnishings. The living room is richly detailed with butter-soft leather furniture, a white wood-beamed ceiling, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and fireplace. Pristine white walls mix with neutral decor to create a serene ambiance while bold splashes of green plants, gold accents and cobalt blue add a playful touch.

Home is at the end of a road cul-de-sac road. We offer a self-check-in option, or we can meet you at the property in person and tour you through the home. Please let us know your preferred method of check-in
No glassware is allowed near or around spa areas. When outdoors, please use plastic cups only. If we need to power wash the exterior area or drain the spa due to broken glass, we will deduct a $500.00 cleaning fee from the booking deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please do not send any mail or packages to the villa as this is not something we allow. If you need to receive any letters or deliveries, please send it to our office located at 9437 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 204 Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $50 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check in must be approved in advance and in writing by any Stay Awhile Villas team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check in is not always available*
Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $75 per hour for checking out between 10am and 12pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 12:00 p.m. Late check out must be approved in advance and in writing by any Stay Awhile Villas team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check out is not always available*

You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited.
During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless if the my were used or not - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and above and beyond what the CDC recommends.
If you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just leave it for your host!
